Cards:

• Cards cost £2.00 each;
• All cards are left Blank for your own message;
• Cards consist of an original photograph (6"x4") mounted on heavy-duty white card (7"x5") and are supplied with a quality white envelope, all packed in a sealed clear polypropylene bag;
• All cards are individually signed by the photographer;
• All photographs are the copyright of Serena Wyman.

Personalised Cards & Invitations:

• We also produce personalised cards for use as invitations, change of address, birth announcements and all other special occasions;
• Discounts are offered on bulk orders. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to obtain a full quote.

Postage Costs (UK):

• Orders will be sent by Royal Mail, orders of 16 cards or more will be sent Recorded Signed For for extra security.

Postage Costs (Europe & the Rest of the World):

• For all orders outside the UK, please contact us for a quote.

Payment:

• Please make cheques payable to "NotNoTrouble Ltd";
• All cheques must be in made in Pounds Sterling;
• Your order will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared;
• NotNoTrouble Ltd is not registered for VAT.

Despatch:

• We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 days of payment being cleared;
• Notification of damaged goods must be given to NotNoTrouble Ltd within 7 days of receipt.
